Damaged or defective merchandise may be returned within 60 days of the payment date.
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect, along with a clear description of the problem, via email to info@no-brainerplanter.com. This will help us not only verify the problem, but also ensure that we have records of the issue in order to better service our future customers.
In many cases, action, in the form of a re-order or refund, can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been made. If the damage or defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, it is possible that we will have to require a return of the item(s) to No-BrainerPlanter.com for inspection before a determination can be made. Returns without a proper Return Authorization will not be accepted.
If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with No-BrainerPlanter.com as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to No-BrainerPlanter.com. Refunds for returns for any other reason will not include shipping costs.
